Located on a quiet beach, a 20 minute walk to "downtown" Puerto Morelos, five minute drive. Very quiet residential area. (Just past UNAM Ocean Research Facility) This is a ground floor, one level beach house with two bedrooms.
This unit is completely self-contained with a full kitchen, and two bedrooms, living room and dining area, but the highlight is its location. Through your sliding glass doors is a terrace that leads to a huge beach area. The white sand literally stretches out in front of you, leading to a quiet beach. Hammock, lounger, chair or the sand...where will you choose to be? (This may the toughest decision you will make on your vacation!)
Your beach house is made to be comfortable, fully furnished and comes with extras like American satellite TV, telephone, DVD/CD player and coffee maker. There are fans throughout and air conditioning in the master bedroom.
This home can accommodate up to 5 persons.
